Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Cooking Time: 3-5 minutes each side
2 large batatas
2 cups of oil or more to deep
fryA pinch of salt (optional)
Icy water
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a heavy duty vegetable peeler, peel
the potatoes and cut them into 1/2" slices
Place them immediately into the icy water,
to prevent discolorationHeat oil and fry slices until it reaches a golden yellow color (3 minutes each side)
Sprinkle salt (optional) and serve with baked, roasts, or fried chicken, steak etc.
